Kapaf is a level 3 (110%) rated BBBEE contributor. Please see our verification Certificate. Twenty eight percent of Kapaf shares are owned and controlled by the Kapa Companies Employee Trust whose profile is 95% PDI, the majority of those being black and coloured women.

Kapaf is also engaged in enterprise development with the incubation of Kapaguard (Pty) Ltd which is a majority black owned business designing and manufacturing specialist protective clothing items for very high temperature applications.
