CONSTRUCTION: Increasing ends of ceramic yarn 560×2 with stainless steel wire reinforcing braided into a round rope of even diameter
LENGTH OF ROLL:
For 12mm to 19mm : 50m
For 25mm and above : 30m

OPERATING TEMPERATURE:
950°C depending on the exact application. The material will withstand brief excursion temperatures depending on conditions.

GENERAL
Ceramic fibre products are made from a melting Of aluminium oxide and silica. The resultant Fibres are white, cotton like in appearance and show a high thermal stability, low conductivity of heat and good chemical resistance.

As pure ceramic staple fibre cannot be processed to textile products, organic fibres are added as a spinning aid. The organic share Of cloth, tapes and ropes is between 15% and 20% These organic fibres will burn off on first thermal Contact and will result in an ignition loss up to 15%
